You must take giant steps forward in order to conquer your fears. Whether those fears be of physical harm or emotional loneliness, you must stay strong, you must conquer these fears. If you don’t, you will live life day by day under control… But you have to face it. Be brave, be courageous, and keep pushing.
Missing Tempe and my beautiful girlfriend, but I will be back in 12 days!
Some days are good, some are bad. Just gotta keep your head up and keep pushing. There will be better days.
And happy Memorial Day to very one who serves, have served and expect to serve… And especially those who never made it back. May they rest in peace.
There were a lot of talks today with family, friends, and family friends. One of which me and my brother were talking about how women choose to date these douchebags who end up cheating on them and other girls find that same guy attractive and the same thing happens to them. Not only that, but the fact that guys (boyfriends) can see the looks on these douches face when they look at their girlfriend. As we were talking, Corey mentioned something… He said “I don’t think girls know that us guys don’t think its just being friendly when they talk to someone like that. We see the look in the guys eyes, we see how for some reason they (the girls) are somewhat attracted to them (the douchebags)… Why? Why are they and why do they do it?”
[Of course my first reaction was to think of Cait and Donovan and how Cait pulled my girlfriend into all of this (meeting Donovan)… And I see the way he looks at her too (my girlfriend). I can tell that Donovan will most likely cheat on Cait again because he is all about appearances… but that’s a side note and my opinion only. Theirs may be different, this is where my post is extremely biased.]
It all got me thinking… Everybody has a different perspective on things. With all of the religious talks that went on today as well, I’ve realized how much a different perspective matters not only on a relationship, but on society as a whole. Everything is based on perspective. That is why relationships have arguments, that is why people can’t decide on someone to be president, that is why there is conflict in the world. Because of this, the only thing to do is accept it and try to move on. Talk to her/him if you’re in a relationship, talk to people about politics, talk to people about your perspective on things and than move on. If they don’t agree, than agree to disagree and keep pushing forward. But don’t let that/them bother you. People will ALWAYS do what people want. There is nothing you can do about it because the decision is ultimately in their hands, not yours. However you are in control of your own actions, so let them know your opinion (only when necessary) and live the rest of your life like you should… Happy with yourself. If you don’t agree, don’t put up with people’s bullshit.
Just some thoughts after a long day of conversing with people who were close to me.
